New Construction
Jupiter Gardens Office Complex was the first office condominium in the area. It was built using an Epicore concrete second floor to maximize open space without increasing overall height of the building structure.
Blockbuster Video was so satisfied with our design/build of their new store that it became the prototype for the northeastern United States. Some outstanding features of this masonry and steel structure are the full-view storefront glazing and the functional backlit canopy
Façade Construction
Baldino’s Restaurant was previously a Kentucky Fried Chicken that was magically changed into an Italian restaurant. We helped develop the owner’s concept and added a new structure to the front that blended perfectly with the existing structure. The design created a look the owner desired and was acceptable to the local Planning & Zoning Department.
Zayre Plaza in Homestead, FL desperately needed a façade improvement with some new structure. In cooperation with the developer's architect, we delivered an outstanding, attractive façade within an acceptable budget. Suggesting less expensive materials, we were able to maintain the original design integrity without sacrificing quality.
Interior Fit-up
Located in the Abacoa Medical Building district of Jupiter, FL, this dental build-out was the first of its kind. It incorporates the latest technology and is the largest dental facility in the area, approximately 5000 square feet. We were able to complete the work from shell to finished interior within 11 weeks with the cooperation of the local building department.
State-of-the-art dermatology office. This interior medical build-out is one of the many that we are known for. Our expertise in medical space is well known. We have completed over 100 medical build-outs over the years.
