Dec 19 2001		 We recently had the pleasure of working with Posner Construction Company, Inc. as our contractor for a remodel of Martin Downs Village Shoppes in Palm City, Florida. This remodel incorporated a new concept in facade construction. Specialty metal, steel and masonry were applied to complete the exterior. Posner Construction was very helpful during the planning stages, making many suggestions with regard to engineering and project scheduling. The work had an added dimension of difficulty due to the fact that the stores were open during construction.

Posner Construction was very cooperative with regard to working with our tenants to ensure the least amount of intrusion to their businesses during construction. Posner Construction was always available to us and quick to respond to any of our needs. All work was completed on time, within budget, and satisfactory to our specifications. We would consider using Posner Construction on any of our projects.
